Support
This server is managed by a volunteer team of network administrators who have gone through the IRCNOW Minutemin training program. It is assumed that customers here have a direct contact with a member of the support team already. This will likely include a phone number and other support options provided through them. If not, or you can't reach your main support person you can find support through the main support email which goes to all members of the planetofnix support team.

Customers are encouraged to have their own technical support person join our team or to choose a member from our support team to be your primary support contact. Team members have access to technical details and support on the backend.
